The appointment you booked MUST be confirmed by 6pm the day before your scheduled appointment day with all necessary forms + waivers completed or the appointment will be denied and the deposit will be refunded ! NO EXCEPTIONS ! ❗️NO FORMS, NO ADDRESS ❗️ ❗️NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT❗️ *NON-Refundable deposits are required to book. * Appointment MUST be rescheduled within 24 hours, if not you will need to reschedule and there will be a $25 SAME DAY fee PULLED FROM THE CARD ON FILE for the same day reschedule ! If the rescheduling fee payment is NOT received the same day as the same day cancellation it will be considered a SAME DAY CANCELLATION resulting in a 50% of the remainder being pulled off the card. WAXING APPOINTMENTS: * MUST BE 17+!! * ALLOW THE HAIR TO GROW FOR AT LEAST 2 weeks. It needs to be about the length of a grain of rice. (1/2 inch) If it’s longer than 1 inch, we will need to trim it. * Make sure you are arriving to your appointment clean ! For brazilians, the front and back will need to be properly cleaned ! If not, I will not perform the service. * Please put any medications that you take in the necessary form. * If you have any complications with a wax, you have 24 hours to notify me.

Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% (of the remainder) SAME DAY cancellation fee for any no-shows or same day cancellations !
