POLICIES: * Prior to booking, the appointment MUST be confirmed within 2 HOURS of your scheduled appointment with all necessary forms completed or the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded ! * $20 NON-Refundable deposits are required to book. * Appointments MUST be rescheduled within 24 hours if not you will need to reschedule and there will be a $40 fee for the same day reschedule ! * If you arrive to your appointment late past 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled with a a $20 late fee. * No SHOWS are completely unacceptable. If you know you aren’t or can’t make it to your appointment please just communicate. You will be banned from booking if you NO SHOW. * Extra guests are NOT allowed unless it’s included in the “Bestie Wax Bundle” * PAYMENTS: can be CASH, ZELLE OR APPLE PAY !! ‼️NO CASHAPP‼️ LASH APPOINTMENTS: * Please arrive with NO makeup, mascara, lash glue, serums, etc. You will be subject to a a $15 cleaning fee. * If your lashes are damaged, I have the right to refuse your service until the proper growth has occurred. * If you have any complications with your lashes, you have 72 hours to communicate that with me or you will need to book accordingly ! * When booking fills it is important to remember to book accordingly. You will be subject to a rate change if the fill that is booked does not match the condition of the lashes. * I DO NOT OFFER FOREIGN FILLS. All sets that I touch, need to be from me. WAXING APPOINTMENTS: * ALLOW THE HAIR TO GROW FOR AT LEAST 2 weeks. It needs to be about the length of a grain of rice. (1/2 inch) If it’s longer than 1 inch, we will need to trim it. * Make sure you are arriving to your appointment clean ! For brazilians, the front and back will need to be properly cleaned ! If not, I will not perform the service. * Please put any medications that you take in the necessary form. * If you have any complications with a wax, you have 24 hours to notify me.
